You should receive email confirmation from us as well, but just in case, here is a brief recap of our airfield info:

Noise abatement requirements:

– Avoid 2nm radius to the North of the runway incl Salcombe Estuary and Salcombe Town

– Approach and Depart from/to the East, South, or West

– Circuit always to the South of the Airfield

– No Deadside, stay south of runway

– Circuit height 1000ft QFE (1430ft QNH)

Alternate Aerodrome:

Bodmin 35nm NW, Exeter 35nm NNE, Guernsey 65nm SE

In emergency there is a microlight field 10nm to the NNE, Halwell, 480m sloping grass.

Important Note:

HELICOPTERS MUST FLY THE EXACT SAME CIRCUITS AS FIXED WING AIRCRAFT  – following the noise abatement and no-fly zone rules.

Please arrive – as per the fixed wing circuit – hovering above runway 11 or 29, then head to the  numbers on 29, cut straight across the field in front of the hangar, then over the hedge to land on the ‘H’ (Then fly the reverse course when leaving)
